ICC Men’s ODI World Cup 2027 will be hosted by South Africa, Zimbabwe, and Namibia in October-November 2027. The tournament will feature 14 teams divided into two groups of seven, with the top three from each group progressing to the Super Six stage. South Africa and Zimbabwe qualify automatically as full-member hosts, while Namibia must qualify through the usual pathway as an associate member.
The top eight teams in the ICC ODI rankings as of March 31, 2027, also qualify directly, with four additional spots decided via qualifiers. South Africa will host 44 matches, with Zimbabwe and Namibia sharing the other 10 matches. Australia are the defending champions. This will be the second time South Africa and Zimbabwe co-host the World Cup, with Namibia hosting for the first time.
