97 – Esha Oza vs Zimbabwe, October 5, 2025

Esha Oza amazed the spectators with her performance against Zimbabwe at Queens Sports Club, Bulawayo. The UAE opener did not hold back and was going strong in the beginning itself, hitting 16 fours and 1 six with a total of 97 runs off just 55 balls. She was a dominating figure and did not look like a starter. Esha’s very quick fifty which she got in 26 balls was not only the fastest fifty in T20Is by an Associate player against a Full-Member team, it also marked her as the fastest player of the day.

Despite not reaching the 100-run mark, Oza’s fireworks display made the UAE score 183/3. Zimbabwe, in a nail-biting finish, finally lost by 35 runs, this giving the UAE a historic win that highlighted their increasing stature in women’s cricket.
88 – Natthakan Chantham against Zimbabwe, 2021

Thailand’s star player Natthakan Chantham scored a magnificent 88 not out against Zimbabwe in August 2021 at Harare Sports Club. Chantham when opening the innings played classical strokes and accurate placements that really helped Thailand to set a challenging total of 154/3. Her innings was a mix of 10 fours and 2 sixes with a strike rate of 135.38. Even though Zimbabwe ended up behind the target of 53 runs in a thoroughly unbalanced match, Chantham’s innings has emerged as a proof of Thailand’s steady rise and her status as one of the most technically sound batters in the Associate nations.
84 – Esha Oza vs Zimbabwe, September 2024

Besides her astonishing 97-run innings in 2025, Esha Oza had already very much announced her arrival via a blazing 84 against Zimbabwe in 2024 at the Wanderers Cricket Ground, Windhoek. On her part, Oza took charge of the strike with clean hitting and smart and slow running between the wickets, facing a rather disciplined Zimbabwean bowling attack. Her total of 84 runs came off 65 balls which included 9 fours and 3 sixes. With her help, UAE reached the target of 146 runs with 5 wickets in hand.

81 – Theertha Satish vs Zimbabwe, 2024

Theertha Satish, the UAE’s most composed batsman, exhibited her worthiness with an unbeaten 81 in the same 2024 series against Zimbabwe in September. As an opening batsman, she coolly held the innings, effectively rotating the strike and at the same time punishing loose deliveries. Her 81* off 54 balls included 9 boundaries and 1 six, taking the UAE over the line with 9 wickets in hand and 22 balls to spare.

Satish’s performance was the highlight of the event as he complemented the explosive style of Oza and made the depth of the UAE batting lineup more vivid.
74 – Sindhu Sriharsha vs Bangladesh, 2022

The USA captain, Sridharsha, played referring innings vs Bangladesh at the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Qualifier held in Abu Dhabi in September 2022. Sriharsha, who was 74 not out off 71 balls with 8 fours, was at the Crease while her team was falling down one by one. The team, led by her, managed only 103/3 in their allotted time and received the praise for her elegant stroke-making and leadership under pressure. Even though the USA lost by 55 runs, the innings of Sriharsha was a huge milestone for American women’s cricket, demonstrating their ability to compete with the upper-echelon teams.
