1. Sajjida Shah – 7 wickets vs Japan (2003)

Sajjida Shah has the best bowling record for a Pakistan woman in ODIs, from a match against Japan in 2003. She only allowed 4 runs in 8 overs, 5 maidens and took 7 wickets. Her economy rate of 0.50 and 7 wickets in one innings is still the best for Pakistan women.

2. Nashra Sandhu – 6 wickets vs South Africa (2025)

Sandhu’s bowling in the 3rd ODI against South Africa was one of the best recently. She bowled out a strong Proteas batting line up for 115 in 25.5 overs. Using her left arm spin, Nashra took important wickets early and kept control, 2 maidens which made it hard for the batters to score. Her 6/26 is her best and second best bowling record by a Pakistani woman in ODIs, after Sajjida Shah’s 7/4. She set a record for the best ODI bowling by a Pakistan player against a Full Member nation which helped Pakistan win before the World Cup.
3. Sana Mir – 5 wickets vs Netherlands (2010)

Sana Mir, a Pakistan women’s cricket legend, got 5 wickets against Netherlands in 2010. Her accuracy and smart changes got her 5 wickets at an economy rate of 3.55 runs per over. She put the Dutch side under pressure, one of the best bowling performances by Pakistan in ODIs recently.
4. Urooj Mumtaz – 5 wickets vs West Indies (2004)

Urooj Mumtaz’s 5 wickets against West Indies was a great bowling effort, she was disciplined against a strong batting side. She bowled 10 overs at an economy rate of 3.30.
