Cricket Ireland has announced its 14-player squad for the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup European Qualifier, set to take place in the Netherlands from August 20 to 27, 2025. This tournament marks the first stage of qualification for the 2026 Women’s T20 World Cup.
Gaby Lewis will lead the team as captain, with Orla Prendergast serving as vice-captain. The squad combines experienced players with emerging talent, including Laura Delany, Leah Paul, Amy Hunter, Jane Maguire, and Rebecca Stokell. Collectively, the players have nearly 650 T20I caps, highlighting the team’s strong balance of skill and experience.
